1.British Prime Minister Theresa May has reiterated the UK government’s long-standing expression of ‘deep regret’ over the April 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre occured April 13, 1919, marked a turning point in the Indian freedom struggle. 

2.The first photograph of a black hole was revealed by scientists recently.A black hole is an object in space that is so dense and has such strong gravity that no matter or light can escape its pull. Because no light can escape, it is black and invisible.

11. India recently successfully test-fired its first Sub-sonic cruise missile, Nirbhay. Nirbhay is a long range, all-weather, subsonic cruise missile designed and developed in India by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). It has an operational range of 1000 km (long range).

It is the highest recognition in the field of Indian literature in the country,The award is presented by the KK Birla Foundation also gives vyas samman.

a critically endangered species, Project Great Indian Bustard  launched in the state of Rajasthan. Its Protected areas are Desert National Park Sanctuary — Rajasthan, Rollapadu Wildlife Sanctuary – Andhra Pradesh and Karera Wildlife Sanctuary– Madhya Pradesh.

21.Sri Lanka has launched its first satellite ‘Raavana-1’ into space.t is designed to orbit the Earth 15 times a day at a speed of 7.6 km per second.
