1.The Andhra Pradesh government has recently launched web portal ‘Bhuseva and Bhudaar’ which makes land records available to people with unique identification numbers just like Aadhar number.

2.Veteran cricketer Wasim Jaffer has become the highest run-scorer in the history of Ranji Trophy after scoring 11,056 runs in the competition.

3.Every year the State of Manipur celebrates the “Manipur Sangai Festival” from 21st to 30th November.The ‘Festival’ is named after the State animal, Sangai, the brow-antlered deer found only in Manipur. It is found in its natural habitat only at Keibul Lamjao National Park  near Loktak lake.

4.The Ministry of Women and Child Development has linked SHe-Box, the online portal to report complaints of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, to all the Central Ministries, Departments and 653 districts across 33 States/Union Territories.

5. World Fisheries Day is celebrated on November 21stevery year to highlight the importance of healthy oceans ecosystems and to ensure sustainable stocks of fisheries in the world.

6.United Nation Environment has awarded Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India with Asia Environment Enforcement Awards, 2018 for excellent work done by the Bureau in combating transboundary environmental crime.

7.President Ram Nath Kovind has unveiled a statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the Jubilee Park in the town of Parramatta, Sydney. The unveiling of the statue is part of the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the Father of the Nation.

8. Pune hosted an international conference on microbiome research a field of study that is still in its infancy in India. “Human Microbiome” is human body carries diverse communities of microorganisms, which are mainly bacterial.

9.As per 6th edition of India Skills Report 2019, Andhra Pradesh has topped the list of states with the highest employability followed by Rajasthan and Haryana.UNDP also involved in it.

10.Ace Indian pugilist MC Mary Kom from Manipur has won the historic sixth gold medal at the 2018 Women's World Boxing Championship in New Delhi. In the final, she defeated Hanna Okhota of Ukraine Hanna Okhota in the 48kg category.

11.Israeli filmmaker Dan Wolman has been honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 49th edition of the International Film Festival of India ((IFFI) 2018 in Panaji, Goa on November 20.Israel is the Country of Focus while the State in Focus is Jharkhand.

12.International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (IDEVAW) is observed every year across the world on 25 November.Theme : “Orange the World: #HearMeToo”.

13.Constitution day which is also known as the Samvidhan Divas is celebrated every year on November 26 to mark the day on which the Constitution of India was adopted. While the adoption of the Constitution took place on November 26, 1949, it came into effect on January 26, 1950.

14.Dudhwa Tiger Reserve (Uttar Pradesh) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Special Tiger Protection Force (STPF)  have joined hands to provide security to Dudhwa forests and its rich wildlife.

15.Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has unveiled 70-feet tall statue of Lord Buddha at Rajgir in Nalanda district of stateIt is second tallest statue of Buddha in the country.

16.Sameer Verma has clinched the 2018 Syed Modi International Badminton Championships. In the men's singles final, he defeated China's Guangzu Lu.

18.The Odisha government has come out with lexicons of 21 rare tribal languages to preserve vanishing native languages in State with largest tribal diversity.

19.The first-ever India Russia Strategic Economic Dialogue was held at St. Petersburg in Russia on November 25,2018. The Indian side is being led by NITI Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar.
