1.SBI Card, the country's second largest credit card issuer, announced the launch of ELA' (Electronic Live Assistant), a virtual assistant for customer support and services. Customers can communicate with ELA in conversational language. 

2. Airports Authority of India (AAI) will set up a state-of-the-art Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) at Hyderabad's Begumpet Airport to find indigenous solutions to meet the challenges posed by the growing air traffic and for enhancing safety, capacity and efficiency of aircraft operations in the country.

3.The International Day of Cooperatives is observed across the world on July 7 with an aim to promote the co-operative model. The 2018 theme of the Day is the 'Sustainable societies through cooperation'.

4.Reliance Industries becomes India's largest tax payer in private sector.

5.The International Round Table Conference on “Data for New India’’ has organised by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) in New Delhi during 9-10th July, 2018.

6. Union Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC)  declared area around Mudumalai Tiger Reserve (MTR) as an Eco-Sensitive Zone (ESZ). 

7.Mahendra Singh Dhoni has become the 3rd Indian cricketer to reach the coveted milestone of playing 500 international matches.

8.Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel has been appointed the new chairperson of the National Green Tribunal (NGT). NGT was established in 2010 for effective and expeditious disposal of cases relating to environmental protection and conservation of forests and other natural resources. 

9.NITI Aayog has proposed creation of National Health Stack (NHS), a centralized health record for all citizens of the country, in order to streamline the health information and facilitate effective management of the same.

10.India has agreed to form a joint venture with Sri Lanka to operate the country’s loss-making Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport in Hambantota.
