1.The Second India-China Maritime Affairs Dialogue was held in Beijing, China. India and China exchanged views on various topics of mutual interest like perspectives on maritime security and cooperation, blue economy, and further strengthening of practical cooperation.

2.India's Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM)project has bagged World Bank's internal award for exceptional performance in achieving many development goals.

3.Haryana has topped other states in per capita revenue collection under GST and is also the fourth highest generator of e-way bills in the country. 

4.The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has constituted a 10 Member Committee, headed by the Injeti Srinivas (Secretary of Ministry of Corporate Affairs), for review of the penal provisions in the Companies Act, 2013.

5.India has become the Vice-Chair (Regional Head) of the Asia Pacific Region of World Customs Organisation (WCO) for a period of two years, from July 2018 to June 2020. WCO is the only international organization with competence in Customs matters and can rightly call itself the voice of the international Customs community.

6.Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the 171 km long Bansagar Canal Project to the nation in Mirzapur, U P on July 15, 2018.The project, which is a joint venture of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.

7.Angelique Kerber German has won the 2018 women singles Wimbledon tennis tournament by defeating Serena Williams.

8.The Odisha Government has constituted Heritage Cabinet headed by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to preserve the history and culture of Odisha. Heritage Cabinet working to preserve and spread Odia language, culture and literature.

9.The Government of India (GoI) has invited US President Donald Trump to be chief guest at the 2019 Republic Day Parade.

10.Union Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS) has launched Swachh Survekshan Grameen 2018 (SSG 2018). SSG is a rural cleanliness survey to rank all states and districts on basis of qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
